Felber for his 22 years of service. Twinsburg, Ohio—March 18th, 2008— Promotional marketing expert Bruce J. Felber, MAS has been inducted into the 600-member Ohio Promotional Professionals Association's (OPPA) Hall of Fame. This honor comes after 22 years of involvement in the industry and the local association. Felber served as the president of OPPA in 1994 and 2001 and was responsible for creating trade show and educational venues that are still in use today. "Bruce has a real heart for the industry," says LaDonna Belcher, executive director of OPPA. "He truly is committed and very deserving of this honor." OPPA, one of the largest regional promotional product associations, is affiliated with the Promotional Products Association International (PPAI) based in Irving, Texas. OPPA has been serving Ohio for more than 40 years providing industry education and supplier trade shows for its members. Felber is currently a member of the PPAI events committee and is past chairman of the international's public relations committee. Mr. Felber achieved the highest professional designation from PPAI, a Master Advertising Specialist (MAS). He is the creative director at Felber & Felber Marketing, a full service advertising, marketing and public relations firm in Twinsburg, Ohio. He is a member of the American Advertising Federation-Cleveland and is a founding member Northeast Ohio Communicators Affiliates. Felber was also recently elected as the 2008 president of Streetsboro Area Chamber of Commerce. He is a long-time Streetsboro community advocate and resident, spending his free time with his family and giving back to his community.
