Client: Staffing Solutions Enterprises Challenge: Staffing Solutions is an industry leader in staffing and workforce management. Although the firm has been in business since 1974, they were experience difficulty reaching key decision makers. Target: Human Resource Managers with the authority, budget and desire to improve their staffing. Solution: During our research phase, we discovered an internal program called WOW, which asked the firm's employees if they created a "Wow Experience" that day. We turned the internal program's energy and spirit into a two-part dimensional campaign that the sales staff could use to both introduce the company and garner more appointments.
In packages emblazoned with the theme "Discover What All the Wow is About," we sent recipients a high-end wooden roller massager enticing them to discover stress-free staffing. As an incentive to meet with the representative and be the "Hero for the Day" each manager was offered the opportunity to earn a chair massage for their entire office staff.

Results: Many introductions and appointments were granted and Staffing Solutions reported that they gained new accounts that they previously had been unable to acquire.
