To reach their end customer, The Garland Floor Company, an industrial, commercial and retail flooring manufacturer, works through their installation contractors. So anything Garland can do to help the contractor, helps Garland. Garland needed to learn more about their client's client, and the intricacies of how and when flooring decisions were being made. |
| Solution: |
We directed several workshops including Prospecting in Your Local Market, Public Relations and Direct Marketing at their national contractor conference. We designed these courses to help the flooring contractor better position their own firm for success and to learn how to conduct their own marketing and public relations.
Additionally, Garland offers marketing materials for contractors through
the Garland By program that we helped develop, manage and implement. Of course, Felber & Felber is there to assist. |
| Results: |
Results of post-seminar surveys indicate that the contractors
not only enjoyed the seminars, but learned a great deal and were excited
to put their new ideas into action. Many contractors also began logging
on and using the Garland By website. |
